J.W. Baker
John William Baker was a Cassville Photographer from about 1894 to 1899. Born to Joseph and Sarah (Parks) Baker about 1864, Baker came to Cassville from the Carthage, Missouri area. In 1894 J.W. Baker married Ova Bates of Exeter, and they divorced in 1903. By the 1900 census the photographer had relocated to Benton County, Arkansas, and in 1903 he returned to Jasper County, Missouri. |
