S.J. Chafin
| Photographer Samuel Joel Chafin came to Monett, Mo from Oklahoma in 1912 and opperated a photo studio in Monett into the 1920s. He was born in Ohio in 1857 to Anson and Mary (Fink) Chafin, and in 1915 he was married to Florence Russell in Neosho. He later returned to Oklahoma and died there in 1944. |
